Originally from Clare and having attended Clongowes in Kildare, Brian studied fine art in Cork and animation in Dublin finally graduating from the Limerick College of Art and Design, with a Degree in Graphic Design, in 1994.

On receipt of his qualification Brian gained employment with The Power of Seven in Dublin, where he was involved in the creation of the Esat Digifone Irish launch. Having been part of the best in Dublin he set his sights high and flew off to study the industry in the Big Apple. Here he gained powerful experience working with the Council Travel group where he was quickly promoted to Senior Designer and Art Director; leading his team in the creation of such high profile designs for USIT, The Australian Tourist Board and Virgin Atlantic.

With ever burning ambition Brian returned home in 1997 and immediately targeted top industry firms to hone in to the Irish market. He travelled from Cork to Galway working with Hugenot Design, Reality Design and Proactive Design and Marketing. He continuously expanded and up dated his knowledge of cutting edge design and technology.

Having learned everything there is to know about the industry and gaining valuable business experience along the way Brian was ready to take the next, most logical step in his career. He joined forces with Paul in 2004 to create your Design Associates.

Brian is a member of the Galway Chamber and is currently lecturing in visual communications, for H.Dip in Public Relations and Certificate in Journalism Course, at GMIT.
