
Debating Science Issues is a dynamic debating competition which invites young people to engage in debate on the cultural, societal and ethical implications of advances in biomedical science. It has been developed by The National Centre for Biomedical Engineering Science at NUI, Galway.
Design Associates were commissioned to develop this brand with a target market of 12 - 18 year olds. The fresh, vibrant colours and funky shapes act as an instant attraction to the modern teenager. The X symbolises communication and collaboration, the fundamental skills used in debate, while also creating the impression of cells and biomedical activity.
